What is SEPTA?

SEPTA is a district wide PTA unit focusing on the needs of children and their families who receive any type of educational support services.

What does SEPTA do?
  • SEPTA informs, supports, communicates and advocates for children, parents and staff
  • SEPTA sponsors monthly workshops that are open to all parents.
  • SEPTA provides scholarships to graduating seniors.


Who should join SEPTA?

Anyone may join SEPTA. Join your building PTA, and join SEPTA, too.


How much will it cost to join?

           $4.00 for the school year.


How do I join?

Fill out a membership form and send it with $4.00 to your child's teacher in an envelope marked SEPTA c/o District Office or mail it to

UPCOMING COMMUNITY EVENTS

COME ONE, COME ALL

  Help kick off the 3rd annual Long Island Walk F.A.R. for NAAR event.
  NAAR is the National Alliance for Autism research.  The walk is
  Saturday, September 28, 2002 at Eisenhower Park, Fields #6 and 6A.
  Check-in is at 9:00 AM and the 3.1 mile walk will begin at 10:30 AM.

  Come help family and friends raise money to cure autism.

  All donations gladly accepted at registration or mail to NAAR at 50 Carnation
